We maintain regatta entrants’ information on our computers and share it with partner organisations directly involved with and for the purposes only of running the Regatta (e.g. WebCollect for entries, HalSail for results). We do not pass contact information to any other third parties except where legally required to do so.
Depending on the permissions you give us, we may use the information you provide about yourself to send you information regarding the annual Dartmouth Royal Regatta Sailing Week event and other carefully selected affiliated or independent associated events, and other related organisations such as official photographers & sponsors.
We do not store or distribute any financial information.
